He has over 13 years of experience and as a founder member he spearheads the regulatory operations and client relations.

He has closely associated with several multinational companies to set up their India operations and has been continuously advising and guiding Indian and foreign companies in Company Law, Securities Law, Foreign Exchange Law, NBFC Regulations, Indirect Tax, Appearance before NCLT, IPR Laws, Drafting of Agreements, Scheme of Merger/Demerger, Insolvency & Bankruptcy matters, business advisory, corporate structuring, regulatory audits, diligence and corporate governance.

He is the elected member of the Central Council of ICSI for the term 2015-2018.

Earlier he was an Elected Member of Southern India Regional Council of ICSI (SIRC of ICSI) for the term 2011-2014.

He is also a Practicing Company Secretary from Chennai.
