Mr. P.R. RAMAN, is a Commerce graduate and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. He also holds a L.L.B. Degree, and currently pursuing his M.L Degree from The Department of Legal Studies, ‘’ University of Madras ‘’.

He is a LIFE MEMBER of the INSURANCE INSTITUTE OF INDIA.

He holds the Certificate to Practice the Profession of Law, issued by the Bar Council of India.

He is an ‘’ Advocate ‘’ on the rolls of the ‘’Bar council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry ‘’

He has recently obtained the Certificate to Practice as an INSOLVENCY PROFESSIONAL from THE INSOLVENCY AND THE BANKRUPTCY BOARD OF INDIA (IBBI) .

He has participated in a wide range of All India Seminars during his academics and won many accolades. His Work on ‘’ New Horizons for Indian Management ‘’ was lauded by experts as ‘’ Outstanding Work ‘’ in the field of Management.

He has specialized in PROPERTY LAW in his Masters , and acquired in-depth Knowledge in the field of Land Acquisitions and has also produced a Thesis on ‘’LAWS RELATING TO ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR GOVERNMENT IN INDIA ‘’.

He is a multi-faceted personality with excellent Managerial and Interpersonal skills with a penchant for Marketing.

His Overall Managerial Experience spreads well over Two Decades, with the first five years being spent in the management Cadre of leading NBFCS with exposures to fund based activities like Deposit Mobilization and Truck Financing, operating in all parts of Tamil Nadu. During the next fifteen years he has established his own company and grew it to be one among the leading players in the industry. His business involved constant interaction with Suppliers and Institutions Pan India, with specific exposure to Multinationals and Indian Corporates.

He has stepped down from Managing the affairs of the company in pursuance of his further Goals , taken-up Legal Profession since then and is presently Practicing as an Advocate at Chennai .

He is a Whole Time Director of CHARTERED INSOLVENCY RESOLUTION PROFESSIONALS PVT LTD., the company engaged in the field of Insolvency Resolution and allied activities . The Company is fully equipped with the wide and varied knowledge base and dynamic Leadership of its Directors , and a team of dedicated young Professionals determined to take-on the new challenges of “ Insolvency Resolution “ in the Country.
